Kev Yiu is a Hong Kong couture designer with more than 15 years of experience in high-end dress-making. His distinctive take on the feminine silhouette, paired with a glamorous signature style built on luxurious detailing and embroidery, has earned recognition from international high fashion houses as well as well-known actresses and celebrities. Kev earned triple distinctions in Fashion & Clothing in England in 2006, and his first couture label, Sovereign Romance, was launched and then developed further after he returned to Hong Kong in 2007. Fashion magazine JESSICA CODE named him a fashion icon in 2010 and 2014. In 2013, Sovereign Romance became KEV YIU Couture. Through years of dedication and singular talent, Kev was named one of the winners of the Ten Outstanding Designers Award in 2014. He also founded the Hong Kong bridal wear designer brand KEVOLIE in 2015 together with famous Hong Kong actress Myolie Wu. Kev has since expanded beyond couture design, taking an active part in the development of the fashion industry, and was named winner of the “WHOW Hong Kong 2016 – Craftsmanship Award”. Since 2020, Kev has directed the design and production teams at Sennet Frères alongside renowned singer Hins Cheung and established the Atelier. With the brand’s first launch in 2020, Kev once again demonstrated his talent and fashion sense, capturing headlines in top-tier fashion magazines and media coverage. In 2021, he continued with his Latest Collection for Sennet Frères in collaboration with the iconic Disney Princess, becoming the first authorized designer in the Asia Pacific to design and present a completed couture collection based on all 14 Disney Princesses and Queens.
